This is a stylish handcrafted Afghan adaptation of the iconic “Garden” design. This was a pattern made famous by the Bakhtiar tribe of Iran. The Afghan weavers have ingeniously and successfully modernised the garden pattern by simplifying it. The pile is hand-knotted and made from hand-spun wool. The dyes are natural.
