Wolf Constellation – Protection

Wolf constellation lies in the southern hemisphere, between Centaurus and Scorpius, and was first catalogued by Greek astronomer Ptolemy in the 2nd century. Wolves play a particular role in many mythologies and especially in Roman myth as the mythical founders of Rome, Romulus and Remus, were rescued by a she-wolf. Wolves symbolize protection, loyalty and intelligence.
