Users can access over 300 grind settings, ranging from ultra-fine 40-220 microns, suitable for Turkish coffee, to coarse 1,200-1,400 microns, ideal for cold brew. Each adjustment step represents a 10-micron change, allowing precise control over grind size. The grinder’s 10mm diameter axle, supported by high-grade ball bearings, facilitates smooth and stable grinding. The Ousia Coffee Grinder is available in two finishes: Contemporary Matte, which offers a non-slip grip and develops a patina over time, and Vintage Glam, featuring a high-sheen.
