Obviously, the dripper is aesthetically beautiful. But it also functions excellently. It is important to note that Origami’s own filters work optimally (I compared four other well-known filters) with respect to both flow and flavor. Also, in contrast to the more “round” flavor profiles of, for example, the Hario Woodneck and the April, the Origami produces a vibrant cup where the fruit and acidity emerge clearly and deliciously.
