This naturally sparkling white wine, is made from Clairette and Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains picked entirely by hand. The wine is made according to the unique ‘méthode dioise ancestrale’ and has an alcohol level of only 7°. Clairette de Die Tradition is best served well chilled.
